Massage the dry skin of the body for around 5 minutes using light stroking movements from the periphery towards the heart. Start on the right foot, stroke upwards towards the groin and along the back of the leg to the buttocks. Then the left leg follows. Massage the buttocks in a circular motion, from the middle of the buttocks outwards. First from the back of the hand towards the shoulder - then from the palm of the hand to the armpit, over the forearm and upper arm. Start on the right arm. Brush the stomach in a clockwise circular motion. Massage the chest and back in a circular motion and/or stroke towards the armpits. After use, tap the brush on a firm, flat surface. Wash out with water and a mild soap as needed and store in a dry place.
