Did I place my order correctly?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. If the email says Please pay now, you unfortunately did not specify a payment method and the order has not yet been completed. You use the link for this. If you have already set up a customer account, you can log in there with your e-mail and view the order.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes 2 to 7 working days.

IMPORTANT: For technical reasons, it is not always possible to query the status of DHL immediately after the package has been handed over. As a rule, however, it only takes a few hours before your data can be called up.

Please note that we have no influence on the delivery speed the shipping service provider have.

Please note: If a package lasts longer than planned, it is not our fault and unfortunately we can only submit a forwarding request to DHL after 14 days please inform us by phone or whats app on 06236-486184, we will take care of it.

How can I redeem my voucher?

In the shopping cart you will find the field “Discount code” . Please simply enter the corresponding codes there. All discount coupons are valid for 6 months and can no longer be redeemed after they have expired. All purchased vouchers are valid until they are used up. The voucher code must be redeemed before paying, it cannot be offset afterwards. You can only redeem one discount code per order.

What if an item is defective or missing?

If your delivery is incomplete or defective, please inform us by phone or WhatsApp at 06236-486184

How long can I return my order?

You can send your return to us within 30 days . However, the products must not be damaged or opened.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
