Did I place my order correctly? |
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from me by email. If the email says "Please pay now ", unfortunately you have not specified a payment method and the order is not yet complete. Use the link for this. If you have already set up a customer account, you can log in there with your email address and view the order.
How long does shipping take? |
Delivery takes 2 to 7 working days.
IMPORTANT: For technical reasons, it is not always possible to check the status of your parcel immediately after it has been handed over. However, it usually only takes a few hours until your data is available.
Please note: I no influence on the delivery speed the shipping service provider.
If a package takes longer than planned, it is not my fault and unfortunately I can only submit a forwarding request to DHL after 14 days. If such a case occurs, please inform me by phone on 06236-486184, I will take care of it.
What if I haven’t picked up my package from DHL? |
Unfortunately, lately there have been more and more uncollected packages at DHL parcel stations and packages are being returned to me. Unfortunately, I am forced to charge a processing fee of €10 for packages from Germany and €40 from abroad, as I incur double shipping costs and packaging material costs. The remaining amount will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
What if an item is defective or missing? |
If your delivery is incomplete or defective, please inform me by phone at 06236-486184
How long can I return my order? |
You can return your order within 30 days to us. The products must not be damaged or opened.
The buyer must pay the return shipping costs! The postage costs of €4.95 incurred by me will not be refunded.
How can I redeem my voucher? |
In the shopping cart you will find the field “Discount code”. Please simply enter the relevant codes there. If a code has expired, it can no longer be redeemed. The discount code must be redeemed before paying; it cannot be applied afterwards. You can only redeem one discount code per order.
