Break off an ampoule at the mark using a cosmetic tissue and remove the appropriate amount of Power Liquid: 1. Moisten the skin around the eye area with a little Power Liquid 2. Place a pair of pads on the desired area and soak with plenty of Power Liquid. After 10-15 minutes, remove the pads and gently pat the remaining Power Liquid into the skin with your fingertips. If necessary, apply eye care afterwards.
