The pedibaehr gel heel cushions (2 pieces) have a highly elastic gel insert with two different silicones. Soft and firm. The blue area is particularly soft and nestles gently. Barely noticeable. Especially suitable for heel spurs. Provides relief when walking and standing.

Hints:
All gel products (contain mineral oil) can be washed lukewarm (with water) and reused.
After drying, lightly powder the gel surfaces with talcum powder.
Wear the product for a maximum of 16 hours per day.
Do not use on open wounds.
