Put approx. 30 g (corresponds to approx. 4 level tablespoons) in a bowl and mix with 90 g water (approx. 12 tablespoons) to a lump-free porridge. Apply to cleansed skin with a brush or spatula. Leave on for approx. 20 minutes. Then peel off the skin in one piece. Remove any residue with water. The mask should be used 1-2 times a week.
