Massage onto dry or slightly moistened skin 1-2 times a week using circular movements, treating any hardened areas of the body such as the upper arms (pityriasis), elbows or knees more intensively. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat the skin dry rather than rub it so that the nourishing oil film has time to absorb. Only use on healthy skin, not on open skin areas or dermatoses.
